                JOB DESCRIPTION

 Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 1V9

Salary: $64.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and supervise the process to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
  • Manage the organization’s operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability.
  • Streamlining processes and resources available for the project to achieve desired outputs within deadlines.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company policies, facilitating a smooth delivery of projects.
  • Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor quality.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven operations management experience of 5+ years, preferably in IT or related industry.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving aptitude
