Prepare dough and bake a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards; Ensure the proper mixing, shaping, and proofing of dough to achieve desired textures and flavors; Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve consistent and optimal results; Creatively contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items; Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following hygiene and safety regulations; Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed; Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production plans; Adhere to portion control and presentation standards for baked goods; Stay up to date about industry trends and continuously strive to enhance baking skills through training and professional development
