Canada Top Education Group Inc. cooperate with universities, middle schools, primary schools and private schools located on Vancouver Island, BC and acts as the school’s representative in taking charge of all the necessary enrolment work that international students require. We have achieved remarkable results in the business areas of Canadian-International cooperative-run schools. These include customizing short-term professional training programs, and Canadian-International cultural exchanges and mutual visits. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team and to help us expand the local and overseas market.
Responsibilities:
- Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of an establishment.
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials.
- Develop, implement and evaluate public relations strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees, institution, and the local Education Bureau.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Web sites and press releases.
- Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events and programs for publicity, fundraising and information purposes.
- Arrange interviews, news conferences and other media events.
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.
- Initiate and maintain contact with the institutions and the local Education Bureau.
- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
- Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
Requirements:
- A college diploma is required.
- Experience as a marketing role will be an asset.
- Experience in education industry will be an asset.
- Mandarin is an asset.
