BS Quality Construction Ltd. strives to deliver high-quality, reliable construction services to clients with excellent customer satisfaction. Currently we are seeking 4 full-time “Construction Cleaners” who can join our growing team.

Position Details

Company Location: Unit 27, 13864 Hyland Rd., Surrey, BC - V3W 2C3

Position: Construction Cleaner

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time; Permanent

Number of Positions: 4

Expected start date: As soon as possible.

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM (5 days a week)

Work locations: Various locations in Surrey (BC) and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Job Duties

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean windows, interior walls, floors, ceilings, etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Position Requirements

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.

Transportation: Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will bepaid.
