Wages: $29.00 per hour, 40 hours per week; Overtime wage: $43.50 per hour after 8 hours a day & 40 hours a week

Eligibility:
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of previous relevant experience is required
• Language: English
Job Duties:
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
