Job Description
SAMRA HEATING & COOLING LTD. is actively looking for 02 Heating and Cooling Mechanic Helper urgently to provide a rewarding career with decent remuneration for long term.
Job Duties
Perform laboring activities in the installation, maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning equipment
Move tools, equipment and other materials to and from work areas
Bolts or unbolts parts, using hand tools
Hold on to ladders and other equipment when needed
Assist in repairing, maintaining and installing refrigeration, heating and air conditioning equipment
Assist in repairing heating and cooling appliances or other similar equipment
Clearing brush and debris from equipment and transporting tools to work area
Perform other laboring tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Employment Requirements
Education: No formal education requirements. Completion of secondary education will be an asset.
Experience: No prior work experience required, On the job training will be provided.
Language: Basic Communication skills in English is a requirement.
Other: Ability to walk, stand, crouch, bend for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks. Requires lifting, pulling and carrying of equipment and other objects.
Benefits
Transportation to and from work location is provided free of cost in company vehicle. As per mutual agreement and BC Employment Standards Act 4 % vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period with 10 days of unpaid vacation or the option to get 10 days of paid vacation with no vacation pay on each pay period.
