Kaler Construction Ltd. is a construction company located in Surrey, BC and we provide construction services to our clients for residential and commercial projects. Currently we are hiring 2 full-time Construction Helpers to join our growing team.

Position Details:

Position: Construction Helper

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $28.85 per hour

Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations:  Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in the Lower Mainland (BC) area as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.

Position duties:

• Assist skilled tradesmen in their activities at construction sites and provide equipment, supplies, and other required materials to them as required.
• Prepare the construction site by cleaning obstacles and hazards to maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Move materials to work sites and load and unload construction supplies.
• Put up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades at construction sites
• Remove rubble and debris from the work site.
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, and store construction tools at the designated area of work sites at the end of the shift.

Position requirements:

• Some work experience as a construction laborer would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Candidates should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
