Experience: 1-2 years related working experience or completion of a program in cooking
Job description:
- Cooking and presenting high quality Japanese dishes.
- Preparing japanese meals, and making the sauces being used for those meals.
- Preparing, grilling, frying, baking, sautéing as required.
- May Assist the Head Chef.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen’s hygiene, and ensure safety, quality and sanitation practices are followed.
- May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- May supervise or train kitchen helpers.
