Job description:
Work Location: 1324 Alaska Ave, Dawson Creek, British Columbia – V1G 1Z4.
Requirements:
- Completion of high school education is required. Any further related degree or diploma would be considered an asset.
- More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.
- Knowledge of English Language.
- Knowledge of Basic Computers.
Wages: $25.00 /hr. for 40 hrs./week
Other benefits: 4% of Vacation pay or 10 days of paid leaves per year.
Duties:
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- Communicate on daily basis with staff to maintain schedules.
- Create and manage files and folders, client details.
- Establish work priorities.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Keep the record of day-to-day office expenditures.
- May supervise and train other staff member.
