Production Worker
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Capable of operating roll-forming machinery
Using the trim bending machine to shape metal sheets accurately
Proficient in forklift operation for loading trucks, material movement, and lumber stacking
Aid in the delivery process, loading, unloading, and ensuring accurate deliveries.
Support roofing projects by assisting with installations as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in a similar role an asset
Prior experience with similar materials or machinery is considered beneficial
Salary: We offer a salary range between $22.00 and $29.00 per hour, based on qualifications
Bonus: Possibility of a year-end bonus based on company performance, at the sole discretion of the company
Benefits: Employees will have $1500 in benefits for the year for medical expenses. Employees will also receive $500 a year for clothes and boots
Job Type: This is a permanent position. We guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week
Language: At least intermediate oral English is required.
