Position: Butcher - retail or wholesale

Employer: Warraich Meats Ltd.

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time, Start as soon as possible

Location: 1965 Cottrelle Blvd Suite 3, Brampton, ON L6P 2Z8

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: Will train

Wage: 

• 20.50 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per Week

• Overtime after 44 hours

Work setting:

• Butcher shop

Responsibilities:

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting

• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters

• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat

• Wrap and package prepared meats

• Remove bones from meat

• Cut poultry into parts

• Grind meats

• Prepare special orders

Equipment and machinery experience

• Manual cutting utensil

Work conditions and physical capabilities
