Auspicious H Service LTD. o/a Northeast Service / Subway is looking for a Full-Time & Permanent Restaurant Manager to assist our busy store in Hudson Bay. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Job Title: Restaurant Manager.
Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time.
Work Location: 104 Albert St., Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan, S0E 0Y0
Work Settings: Gas Station (with Convenience Store), Restaurant (Subway)
Wage & Benefits:
- $21.00, based on 30-36hrs/wk.
- 15 days paid vacation, overtime rate will be paid after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk.
Education & Experience:
- Completion of Secondary school
- At least 2-3 years of working experience or completion of hospitality management program or related discipline
Language: English
Main duties:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and accurate completion of daily banking and paperwork.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends, control costs, and drive profitability while minimizing wastage.
- Implement and monitor Subway’s operational procedures, including sandwich customization and transparent food preparation at the counter.
- Maintain inventory by checking in deliveries, conducting weekly stock tasks, and placing orders to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations are strictly followed.
- Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting customers and promptly addressing any complaints or concerns.
- Support marketing campaigns and catering sales while working with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of fresh ingredients and promotional materials.
