IMPROVING TORONTO is a leading technology consulting and digital services firm with a growing presence across North America. We specialize in helping organizations embrace digital transformation through innovative, customized solutions, including software development, cloud services, and performance management consulting.

We are currently seeking to fill a permanent, full-time position of a CPM Consultant to support our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) implementation practice in Toronto and across the GTA. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on delivering meaningful outcomes to clients through strategic planning and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent CPM Planning or Consolidations implementation projects with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Document all stages of implementation including billable hours and expenses.
  • Communicate implementation progress and next steps to key stakeholders in real time.
  • Train and advise clients on CPM products, tailoring recommendations to their unique needs and use cases.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, offering system improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide continuous client support through training—both remote and onsite—before and after product launch.
  • Manage client expectations and uphold high standards of professionalism at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CPM implementation, preferably with exposure to tools such as:
    • OneStream XF
    • SAP BPC
    • Hyperion (HFM, Essbase, Planning, FDM)
    • IBM Cognos
    • SAP Analytics Cloud or similar EPM solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $101,250, based on 40 hours per week with possibility of overtime.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Extended medical, dental, and disability insurance (STD & LTD), Life insurance and dependent life insurance, 15 business days of paid vacation annually.
