Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Supervise cutting and sewing operations for upholstery production to ensure quality and efficiency.
Interpret design specifications and delegate tasks to sewing and cutting staff.
Inspect incoming materials and fabrics for quality and suitability.

Measure and cut upholstery materials with precision using industrial tools.
Oversee stitching, trimming, and pattern alignment to maintain design integrity.
Train and mentor team members in cutting and sewing techniques and safety standards.
Monitor inventory of fabrics, threads, and tools, and coordinate timely replenishment.
Collaborate with designers and production managers to meet custom order requirements.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Conduct quality control checks on finished upholstery products before final assembly.
