Job description:
- Manage and coordinate daily office administrative operations and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Set work priorities, assign tasks to office staff, and ensure deadlines and procedures are consistently met.
- Oversee compliance with information access and privacy regulations when responding to records requests.
- Organize and manage office services, including space planning, equipment and supply procurement, asset disposal, maintenance and security.
- Analyze and oversee budgeting, contracts, and planning of various administrative projects.
- Collect data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and official correspondence.
- Supervise staff involved in records management and related administrative functions.
