We are the franchise of Osmow’s and running the Fast-food outlet at North York since October 2018. Osmow’s is a fast casual restaurant capturing a truly modern taste of the Mediterranean cuisine while giving customers the luxury of customizing their preferences.
Our Store is located at 75 Billy Bishop Way Unit A1, North York, ON M3K 2C8
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Train new and current employees in proper customer service practices
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Managing inventory to control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Creating schedules for current employees and appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
- Hire new employees or staff and take care of staff training.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 – 2 years related experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and with team too
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
- Have good communication skills
