Following are the job duties:
• Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, chopping and portioning.
• Cook and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
