Job description:
Vanak International Properties located at 10003 110th Ave, Fort St John, BC V1J 6M7 is currently looking for two full time administrative officers (NOC 13100) to join our team as soon as possible and able to perform following job duties.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office administrative procedures.
- Establish and monitor work priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Assemble data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, correspondence, and documentation as required.
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s operating budget and monitor budgetary controls and inventory.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and prepare related materials.
- Implement and improve administrative systems, processes, and policies to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Support management and staff with various administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
2 years of experience is required.
Language: English.
Terms of Employment:
Wage: $33.00/Hourly.
30 hours per week.
Position: 2 vacancies.
Fulltime, Permanent.
