About the Opportunity:

MS Info Solutions has an immediate multiple job openings for Software Tester that is a permanent full-time opportunity. The job position assumes responsibility for the building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions. This position ensures compliance with all business policies related to client privacy and timely deliveries.

This job is characterized by the hectic and fast paced work environment. It requires strong professional code reviews and testing skills along with proactive planning in order to effectively deal with the work flow inherent in delivering timely solutions to our clients. In addition, this position requires communication with the management, provide updates on project status and explaining any issues related to the services provided.

About the Location:

We are located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, L6R 4C5. The main intersection is Countryside Dr and Bramalea Rd in the city of Brampton.

About the Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Following are job duties and responsibilities for this position:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support assigned projects by contributing towards assessing impediments and recommending improvements to achieve projects delivery success.
• Understand the technical aspects of project requirements and develops an acceptance plan.
• Document results of project applications.
• Review bugs and deficiencies from technical support and make recommendations.
• Work closely with QA manager to test project’s functionality, usability, and performance.
• Execute automated test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate software functionality and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation systems by reviewing codes, and tools for use.
• Assist with other user support services including b2b connections, webservice support, documents, underwriting systems, websites etc.
• Perform in other related job duties that are not listed above.

About the Job Skills and Requirements:

Following are the job skills and requirements for this position:

• Completion of Completion of a college program in computer science/ engineering, computer programming or network administration is required.
• On-the-job training including privacy instructions will be provided.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, software testing principles, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems
• A high degree of initiative and independence.

About the Working Hours, Salary and How to Apply:

Working Hours: It is a permanent full-time job position that required minimum of 40 hours per week.

      Job Salary:  $52.00 per hour
