Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee food service staff.
- Monitor food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Control inventory, order supplies, and liaise with vendors.
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures.
- Address customer requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain records of sales, stock, and operational performance.
- Enforce health, safety, and company standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of a college program in food service administration, hospitality management, or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management.
- Proven ability to manage staff, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
