JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: 636 Broadway St, Wyoming, ON N0N 1T0
Salary: $36.50 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets to maximize and sustain profitability, including costs for pizza, wings, Italian cuisine, beverages, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, monitor staff performance, and maintain high service standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Organize and control inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-efficient purchasing.
- Enforce health, safety, and food handling regulations to maintain compliance.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote pizza, wings, Italian dishes, and other menu items.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Eligibility Requirements:
- College/CEGEP is the minimum requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication and customer service abilities
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Proficient in the operation of electronic cash registers (ECR), point-of-sale (POS) systems, MS Access, and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Demands physical effort and the ability to manage a high workload independently.
