 Salary: $18.00 per hour
 Work Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift work

College/CEGEP
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience
Develop and implement communication strategies and programs
Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
Answer written and oral inquiries from customers and clients
Assist in preparing brochures, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials
Provide accurate information and customer support
Arrange billing for services, process refunds, credits, and payments
Issue receipts and related documentation
Receive and log customer complaints, and ensure appropriate follow-up
Provide after-sale consultation and ongoing client support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service-oriented with problem-solving ability
Knowledge of communication and promotion strategies
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Canadian citizens and permanent residents
Temporary residents of Canada
