Job description:
Builden Network and Construction Solutions Ltd. is permanently hiring for 5 positions for full-time User Support Technicians.
Employment requirements:
- College diploma in computer science, network administration, or related field
- Prior experience in IT support is an asset, but not mandatory
Salary: $37.70/Hour and guaranteed 30 hours/week
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities;
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users.
- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software programs.
- Help other technical support workers
- Travel from one existing company to another to identify difficulties.
