Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Specific Skills:

• Supervising the preparation and cooking of pizzas and side orders
• Co-ordinating the activities of pizza cooks, cashiers, and delivery drivers to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Estimating and ordering the supplies required for meeting our daily food orders.
• Training the employees in food handling, safety procedures and customer service.
• Implementing restaurant’s policies to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Maintaining paperwork for stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Ensuring store’s cleanliness and appearance is maintained as per the Fresh Slice policies.
