USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
E-Net Solutions Inc. is hiring for 5 permanent positions for User Support Technician for Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
Employment requirements:
- Candidates having a college diploma in computer science/ network administration or related field are eligible to apply.
- A candidate with prior experience in IT/Network support is an asset.
Salary: $37.70/Hour and 30 hours/week
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities;
- • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users.
- • Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
- • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- • Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users.
- • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software programs.
- • Help other technical support workers.
- • Travel one to another existing company to identify difficulties.
