Job Description:
Make sure the finished goods and ingredients are fresh.
Assemble and prepare the ingredients for the menu items.
Follow recipe instructions, which include weighing, measuring, and combining ingredients.
Helping other cooks to make sure food orders are finished in a timely manner.
Prepare food items as per the customer requirements, including customized requests.
Food portions and food presentation should meet company standards.
Cooking utensils are cleaned before every use.
Follow food safety and health regulations.
Monitoring and re-ordering stock as needed.
Check the food before it is served to customers.
