Work location: On site
Salary: $36.00 hourly / 32 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Tasks
- Operating woodworking machines and using hand tools to cut shape and form designed
- Different parts of wood are fixed together using glue and clamps
- Reinforcing joints using nails and screw
- Training joints, sanding wooden surfaces
- Bore holes for insertion of screws or dowels by hand or using boring machine
- Applying veneer stain or polish to finished products
- Repairing or restyling wooden furniture or fixtures marking outlines or dimensions on wood.
- Sets up and operates woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointer, mortiser, tenoner, molder, and shaper, to cut and shape parts from wood stock
- Preparing and interpreting blueprint drawings
