Back-of-house / kitchen duties
Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and fruits as directed.
Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cupboards, and kitchen equipment.
Empty waste bins and thoroughly clean garbage containers.
Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and designated storage areas.
Sweep and mop floors and carry out other tasks to support the cook and kitchen team.
Front-of-house / dish & dining area support
Clear and clean tables and trays in the dining area.
Transport clean dishes, cutlery, and other service items to serving stations and set tables as required.
Refill condiments and replenish supplies at tables and in serving areas.
Remove used dishes before, between, and after courses.
Perform additional duties such as scraping and stacking dishes, moving linens to and from the laundry area, and running errands as needed.

Wages: 21 CAD per hour
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent 35 Hours per Week
