Position Name: Interior Waterproofing Foreman/Woman
Duration: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $37.50/hr
Hours: 35-40 hrs/wk
Overtime: $56.25/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)
Observed Holidays: As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 stat holidays/yr

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of waterproofing crews on residential and commercial job sites.
- Assign work, train crew members, and monitor job performance to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Review blueprints, work orders, and site conditions to plan workflow, timelines, and manpower needs.
- Oversee the installation of waterproofing systems, including membranes, coatings, sealants, sump pumps, drainage tiles, and vapor barriers.
- Inspect work during and after completion to confirm quality standards, specifications, and building code compliance.
- Enforce workplace health and safety policies; conduct regular site safety meetings and inspections.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to report progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain schedules.
- Manage materials and equipment inventory; coordinate orders, deliveries, and maintenance of tools.
- Perform hands-on waterproofing and repair work as needed to support crews and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, job reports, and timesheets for assigned projects.
