Job Description:
Plan, lead, organize, and assess the activities and performance of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) departments or organizations.
Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to the development, operation, and management of computer systems and data processing functions.
Collaborate with clients to gather and define system requirements, project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Build and oversee teams of IT professionals responsible for designing, developing, implementing, operating, and managing computer systems, telecommunications software, and networks.
Manage departmental, organizational, or project-specific budgets and monitor expenditures.
Hire, lead, and supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and related staff, while supporting their training and professional growth.
