Position: Manager

Employer: Bolan Thai Cuisine (operated by Thaibolan Inc.)

Conditions:

• Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
• Work Location: 709 Mt. Pleasant Road, Toronto, ON  M4S 2N4
• Compensation: $5,500 per Month
• Working Hours:  35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
  • MUST BE available to work a flexible schedule including any weekdays, weekends and holidays

Job duties:

• Manage, plan, organize, control, and evaluate the staff for daily operation.
• Build work schedules considering the seasons, business trends and community events etc.
• Monitor, coach, and manage staffs’ performance.
• Optimize profitability by controlling key variable costs of food, supplies and labour.
• Maintain and plan for inventory and orders.
• Build professional relationships with team, vendors, and neighbours.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain and report monthly cash reconciliation as per company standards.
• Hire and plan for training new staff(s).
• May need to perform the duties as staff (covering breaks etc.), if required.

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in food service including at least 1 years of supervisory experience
