Home and Building Renovation Manager, (NOC 70011)

• $22 per hour for 40 hours per week
• 1 vacancy
• Permanent, Full-Time

Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend

Job requirements

Education

High School or technical school graduate

Job Duties

• Supervise the renovation activities at job sites
• Supervise trade subcontractors that do specialized work, such as plumbing, heating and electrical work
• Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate the activities of subcontractors
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
• Maintain the company’s directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors
• When necessary, perform work during home construction or renovation activities.
