Job Duties:
• Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
• Supervising administrative records, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal requirements for customer and business documentation.
• Compliance regular reports on sales, inventory, and operations, and handle correspondence with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Distribute work among the staff to complete the customers requirements on time.
• Managing inventory of different types of tiles and other products, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of work.
• Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.
• Assisting in preparing the operating budget and track expenses related to inventory, procurement, and sales.
• Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
• Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant is required.
