We are looking for an experienced Home Child Care Provider to take care of our child at our private home in Calgary, AB.
Job details are as follows:
Location of employment: Calgary, AB, T2A 3E6
Number of position: 1
Job Type: Full time and Permanent
Starting date: as soon as possible
Salary: $21.50 per hour, working 35 to 40 hours per week
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Certificate/diploma in childcare will be preferred
Languages: English
Working site environment: Non-smoking
Tasks:
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
– Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
– Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
– Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
– Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
– Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
– Prepare and serve nutritious meals
– Prepare infants and children for rest periods
– Supervise and care for children
– Tend to emotional well-being of children
– Help children with homework
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Emergency child care first aid and CPR
