Galaxy Freightline Inc. located at 1580 Britannia Rd E, Mississauga, ON L4W 1J2, requires 2 Administrative Co-ordinator (Safety & Compliance) on a Permanent full-time basis.
• Wage: 32 to 35 hourly
• Hours – 30 to 40 hours weekly

Job duties of Administrative Co-ordinator (Safety & Compliance):
1. Ensure compliance with all company, client, Ministry of Transportation (MTO) regulations, policies, and procedures.
2. Work with other departments to improve driver retention and handle driver complaints.
3. Audit Driver Logs and provide re-training or discipline where necessary.
4. Monitor and stay up to date with all federal and provincial safety regulations.
5. Order, maintain, track, and distribute bridge cards for border crossing.
6. Apply/ renew CVOR certificates as and when required.
7. Process all MTO plate renewals for drivers and owner operators.
8. Follow up and act on all road accidents and toll charges and monitor driver parking and traffic tickets.
9. Any other Safety and Compliance functions as required by the management.
