Education:Completion of a college or other program in computer science or network administration is required
Experience:2 years of experience are required
Languages:WrittenandSpokenEnglisharerequired
Duties:
~Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, with proprietary software suppliers, computer workstations and peripheral equipment
~ Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and software applications
~Implement data, software and hardware security procedures
~ Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records
~ Perform data backups and recovery operations, implement network traffic and security monitoring software, optimize server performance
~ Perform third party delivery software optimisation and implement promotions
~ Respond to requests for help and information from online customers
