Education and Skill Requirements
Language: Good communication skills with a strong level of English (oral and written)
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience
Job Responsibilities - The Assistant Manager – Wholesale Trade will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plan and organize daily business operations
- Manage staff and assign daily duties
- Analyze market research and industry trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
