2 weeks paid vacation annually (as per Manitoba Employment Standards)
Extended health plan after 6 months of continuous employment
Design and manage accounting systems while compiling financial data
Review accounting documentation and generate financial statements along with reports
Create and uphold processes for cost analysis, reporting, and internal controls
Inspect financial ledgers and documents to prepare income tax filings based on accounting data
Evaluate financial statements and reports to offer guidance business operations, and taxation
Completion of a college diploma or bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of experience in an accounting-related role
The position requires working on weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
The work environment is primarily indoors, in a retail store setting
