We are currently hiring a Banquet Assistant Manager to oversee event coordination and execution, including supervising banquet staff, managing setup and service standards, liaising with clients on event details, and working closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations. This role also supports staff scheduling and training, inventory oversight, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. The Banquet Assistant Manager reports directly to senior management and plays a key role in delivering successful, well-organized events.
