Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: 3 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience, is required

Duties:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and other restaurant employees
- Monitor service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food, beverages, and restaurant supplies
- Help control costs by monitoring labour, food waste, and operational expenses
- Participate in cash handling procedures, including daily sales reconciliation and deposit preparation
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and special events to increase sales
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue targets and operational goals
