Job description:
We are hiring FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISORS at 4 of our Tim Horton's Locations (Eagle Ridge, Thickwood, and Hardin (2397774 ALBERTA LTD.) and Quarry Ridge (2033279 ALBERTA LTD.)
1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
$18.30 an hour plus benefits.
Permanent Full time positions available.
Food Service Supervisor Tasks:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food;
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation;
- Establish work schedules and procedures;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Deal with customer-related issues.
