Wage & Benefit: $17.85/hr based on 33-37.5hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk

Job Description:
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff in food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables, portioning ingredients).
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using manual or commercial dishwashing methods.
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas including counters, stoves, grills, refrigerators, and floors.
- Unpack, stock, and organize food supplies and materials in storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Handle deliveries and rotate stock according to food safety standards (FIFO method).
- Dispose of garbage and recycling and ensure kitchen hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Support cooks in plating, garnishing, and simple cooking tasks when required.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and occupational health regulations.
