The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing institutional data, developing predictive models, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance academic and operational performance.

Work Type: On-site (no remote option)
Salary: $46.50 to $50.00 per hour (negotiable)
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Flexible shifts including morning, day, evening, night, early morning, weekends, and on-call as required.
Language: English
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a related field
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from institutional databases and learning systems
Develop statistical models and apply data analysis techniques for decision-making
Design and maintain ETL data pipelines from multiple data sources
Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to assess enrollment, retention, and program performance
Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Conduct research using advanced analytics tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance and privacy standards
Develop automated reporting systems for key performance indicators
Provide strategic insights to support planning, policy development, and program improvement
