Job Duties:
- Plan and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Hire employees and create work schedules.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Decide on services offered and implement procedures.
- Maintain inventory and organize supplies.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed.
- Work with suppliers and negotiate for food and supplies.
- Review revenue and control labour costs.
- Manage and adjust the budget to maintain profitability.
- Update menu prices and food preparation methods based on budget.
- Support and carry out marketing activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
