Role Description

We’re building a small, driven marketing team of 3-5 people to help us scale our mixing and mastering services. The role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services. Responsibilities include customer acquisition, engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and encouraging sales of audio services such. The position is commission-based, reliant on creating meaningful connections with clients and generating sales growth.

 

In other words, the job is fairly simple: connect us with artists who need mixing and mastering.

 

Compensation:

  • 25% commission on first-time client sales
  • 10% commission on all repeat business from clients you bring in

No cap on earnings. No catches. The more clients you bring in, the more you make. That's it.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

  • Knowledge of musical instruments (particularly guitars) and audio engineering concepts to engage effectively with target audiences.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and basic digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for music and the arts, with prior experience in the music or audio industry being highly desirable.
