Job description:
Hourly Pay: CAD 21.00 (to be negotiated)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Part-/Full-time: Full time
Job Duties:
- Coordinate full-process international freight arrangement, customs clearance, and full set of export documentation preparation (including bills of lading, customs forms, export permits and compliance certificates).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to optimize shipment planning, ensure on-time delivery of cross-border export goods to Asian markets.
- Track and monitor the full lifecycle of shipments, resolve logistics delays, customs clearance issues and other unexpected problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics documentation and cost reports, ensure all operations comply with Canadian and international export regulations.
- Assist the Supply Chain & Export Manager in supplier coordination, delivery schedule management and other daily departmental support work.
