Minimum Education Required: Completion of secondary school is required.
Work Experience Required: At least 1 year of work experience is required in a similar role

Responsibilities:
Develop, organize, and maintain administrative systems to support smooth office operations
Assess existing processes and introduce improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Prioritize daily administrative tasks, allocate responsibilities to support staff, and monitor completion timelines
Oversee general office functions, including procurement of supplies, equipment management, and coordination with service providers
Support financial planning activities by assisting with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and inventory control
Compile and prepare internal reports, business documents, and correspondence as required
Assist with coordination of projects, contracts, and administrative workflows across departments
Maintain accurate and organized records of company operations, transactions, and communications
Provide administrative support to logistics, procurement, and client service functions
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and operational standards
Guide and support junior administrative staff where required
