Job description:
Are you interested in working from home and helping customers solve real problems? We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join us as Independent Contractors.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Assist customers by resolving inquiries and issues professionally
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive experience
What You’ll Need:
- A personal computer or laptop
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- A quiet workspace suitable for taking calls
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- Paid on an hourly basis
- Payments are issued twice a month (15th and 30th)
