Cabinetmaker Foreman/Woman
Magnum Kitchens is looking for a skilled and motivated Cabinetmaker Foreman/Woman to lead production activities and supervise cabinetmaking operations at our Mississauga facility.
- Location:1885 Drew Road suite 6 / 7 Mississauga, ON L5S 1J5
- Workplace: On-site
- Position: Permanent, Full-Time
- Wage: $41.00 – $45.00 per hour
- Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cabinetmakers, assemblers, and installation staff.
- Assign work schedules and monitor production timelines to ensure timely completion of kitchen projects.
- Inspect cabinetry work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Train new employees on woodworking techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- Monitor inventory levels of wood, hardware, and finishing materials required for production.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective measures to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all machinery and tools are properly maintained and operated safely by staff.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and management regarding project requirements and updates.
- Prepare production reports and maintain records of completed work and employee performance.
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Operate and utilize CADD software and other production-related computer systems.
Qualifications

Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinetmaking, woodworking, or a related manufacturing environment.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Proficiency in reading shop drawings and using CADD software.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
