Employment Details:
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $28.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland
Duties and Responsibilities
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas.
- Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Organize, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow and communicate workplace safety procedures to workers and the public.
- Signal safety procedures and direct site traffic as required.
- Perform general labour and maintenance support duties as assigned.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Skills Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Previous labour or construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift materials as needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

- 10 working days of vacation per year or 4% vacation pay, in accordance with the British Columbia Employment Standards Act.
